In the year 2000 there were three performances of The Pilgrim, Blanchardstown, Lorient and The Isle of Skye. Shaun took this opportunity to write a number of new pieces. The Concerts in Blanchardstown and The Isle of Skye were recorded, in Blanchardstown with a view to a new CD recording and in the Isle of Skye by BBC radio Scotland for transmission on Christmas day 2000.
